Learn to Play Boot Camp - August 17-28

Get the kids back on the ice with a crash course in hockey basics!  The camp will consist of six sessions in a two week period. 

Learn to Play Boot Camp Schedule:

1. 8/17 - Monday - 5:10 PM - 6:10 PM
2. 8/19 - Wednesday - 5:20 PM - 6:20 PM
3. 8/21 - Friday - 5:20 PM - 6:20 PM
4. 8/24 - Monday - 5:10 PM - 6:10 PM
5. 8/27 - Thursday - 5:20 PM - 6:20 PM
6. 8/28 - Friday 5:40 PM - 6:40 PM

Learn To Hockey Skate - Beginner

A progressive program that teaches the fundamentals of skating specific to ice hockey

• Hockey helmet & hockey gloves required
• Skate rental available from The Summit Center
• For beginner skaters ages 3 to 8.
• 7 week program – .5 hour/week = 5 hours of ice instruction
• Offered Fall and Winter sessions
• Saturday times will vary week by week (30 minute sessions. You’ll be assigned a time)

Learn To Play (October - December)

This program is a progressive Learn To Play teaching curriculum for basic hockey skills

• Full Hockey gear required
• Hockey equipment available at no charge if needed-$100.00 deposit required
• For beginner youth players ages 4 to 10 years
• Birth Years 2002, 2001, 2000, 1999, 1998 and 1997
• 7 week program – 1 hour/week = 10 hrs of on-ice instruction
• Offered Fall and Winter sessions
• Saturday times will vary week by week

Equipment Rental Program

CHA offers equipment rental for a $100 deposit. The deposit is refunded upon return of ALL washed equipment!

Equipment rental consists of:

1. Helmet
2. Elbow Pads
3. Shin Guards
4. Shoulder Pads
5. Hockey Pants
6. Hockey Gloves
7. Neck Guard
8. Hockey Equipment Bag

Equipment not included:

1. Skates
2. Stick
3. Protective cup
4. Hockey socks
5. Mouth Guard

Full equipment is required for the Learn to Hockey Skate-Advanced and Learn to Play Programs.
